Why am I doing this?

I, like you, do not like wasting time. The vast majority of people that visit my site are not buyers but request many hours of my time. This takes away from me servicing you properly. Those that do not accept this nominal fee are probably not serious buyers. The $20 will be refunded to you at closing or if you wish to give it to charity, I'll match it myself.
